Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14, GDPR 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation)
Dear user, this is an information notice provided to you in accordance with the European regulation on the protection of personal data REG. EU No. 679/2016 of April 27, 2016, applicable from May 25, 2018 (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) concerning the processing of your personal data (hereinafter, “Personal Data”) carried out in relation to your navigation on the website (hereinafter, the “Site”). The data controller of your personal data is Tulipano di Giulia Valsecchi (hereinafter also the “Controller”).
Purpose of Processing
Personal Data will be used by the Controller for the following purposes:
a) to respond to contact requests through the form on the Site;
b) to send newsletters and/or promotional communications via email/mail;
c) to manage reservation requests and the related administrative and fiscal formalities.
The Site processes users’ navigation data through cookies, as better outlined in the specific cookie policy.
Legal Basis of Processing
The processing of Personal Data is necessary to respond to your contact request and to manage your reservations; your consent is necessary for the processing of data for the purpose of sending newsletters and/or promotional communications via email/mail.
Communication of Data to Third Parties
Personal Data will be disclosed only to:
– third-party companies that provide services related to the Controller’s activity and with which specific agreements have been signed pursuant to the GDPR;
– entities to whom the communication of your Personal Data is necessary or functional to the above-mentioned purposes.
Data Retention Period
Personal Data collected for the purpose of sending newsletters and/or promotional communications will be retained until your consent is withdrawn. Personal Data collected through contact forms will be deleted after 12 months.
Rights of the Data Subject
You may, at any time and where applicable, exercise the following rights:
– Access: request confirmation from the Controller whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed;
– Copy: request a copy of the personal data being processed from the Controller;
– Rectification and Integration: request the correction of inaccurate personal data and the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary statement;
– Erasure: request the deletion of personal data concerning you if one of the reasons provided for by the GDPR applies;
– Restriction: request the restriction of processing when one of the cases provided for by the GDPR applies;
– Objection: you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data in the cases provided for by Article 21 of the GDPR;
– Portability: you have the right, where the conditions provided for by Article 20 of the GDPR apply, to receive in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format the personal data concerning you provided to the Controller;
